Abstract Construction works has become bigger, specialized, and complicated recently, so that the required processes are diverse and the used material, technology, and labor are complexly intertwined. Thus, if a systematical and quick communication between the processes isn't made, drawbacks such as schedule delays and quality deterioration are highly like to occur. Also, with the innate uncertainty of construction projects, it is hard to estimate the duration of the project. The research compared CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management), which has its basis in TOC(Theory Of Constrains), with the existing Schedule Management method, PERT/CPM, suggested actual Apartment Housing CCPM scheduling application, and sought for the practicality by case studies of Apartment Housing construction projects. The specimen of Apartment Housing were 15 stories(A Project) and 27 stories(B project). Like we see in the prior cases, by taking care of the resource contention and creating a buffer, CCPM method has shown duration reduction from CPM technique, and with this result we have verified, through consultation with professionals, a process to apply in practical business. The Apartment Housing CCPM practical business application process, if connected with industry's construction works, will show a possibility of duration reduction and cost saving.
