| Abstract |
This study investigated the circumstances of the transformation from a policy for new construction to a policy for housing renovation in France and verified the present trends in the policy for stimulating housing renovation. For achieving these goals, this study investigated the history of housing renovation from the Second World War to the present time in a political flow and clarified that what does it let the position in the regions of housing policies and urban plans, what does it play the role, and how does it change the role in the flow of a time series. In addition, this study represented that the housing renovation policy in France has been developed in the flow of the satisfaction of quantity, housing renovation, estate & area renewal, and social cohesion and added a prospect of the housing renovation policy. |
