| Abstract |
In this study, Apartment Housing sites in Renewal-Facilitating district being put in operation are studied to improve the housing environment in underserved urban areas. The following conclusions is the result of comparative analysis between in the process of the master plan and the detailed design about the site plan of apartments, the present arranged conditions of the housing buildings on landscape districts and arranged forms of the housing buildings on the present distributed conditions of the housing building types. About the housing building types, distribution rate reduced because of privacy, low opening, facade face, visual opening and so on. Distribution rate of court-type housing also decreased on account of creating vista of urban axis and closed form of green axis and it applied similarly about community street axis about landscape district. Furthermore, about housing block types, pointed sitting was added for maximizing land use and insuring feeling of open space. Based on results of this paper, further study should be performed to create more practical and systematic database of the layout type of housing for making plan of improvement promotion district. |
