Abstract Since the apartment construction has been begun, reinforced concrete (RC) is the most commonly used material for structure work of apartment construction. Therefore many studies have been conducted in order to improve the productivity of RC structure. According to these studies, the form work, which makes the shape of the concrete, has a great influence to RC structure work, in terms of the productivity. Consequently, various form types such as tunnel form, gang form, euro-form, and Al-Form were developed in order to effectively conduct the form work. Among these form types, the Al-form not only was developed to cover the defect of euro-form, which was widely used in RC work before the development of Al-form, but also had a lot of merit in terms of the convenience and repetition. Based on construction simulation techniques, therefore, this study aims to analyze the productivity of work process for structure work using Al-Form, as well as figure out the optimal productivity, in which the resources such as labor and equipment are properly inputted, by the sensitivity analysis.
