| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to propose the method for assessing post management levels of civil appeals in building construction sites in order to manage civil appeals in construction sites systematically. For it, this study surveyed the management plans on the civil appeals through the investigation intended for construction companies which construction ability was ranked between first and 50th in 2007. In the result, this study deduced the assessment items on the post management level of civil appeals in building construction sites and also invented the assessment method. The assessment method proposed by this study will be useful methodology for the effective establishment of management plans on the civil appeals. Also, this method is expected to improve productivity in construction sites and image of construction company. |
