| Abstract |
Rapidly increasing shares of the apartment residents in the housing market in Korea have brought into relief defects on apartment as a social issues. Most of construction companies do not have in-house defect information management system which can provide feedback to their employees. This study attempted to find out necessities of improved defect information management system through the survey of employees of construction companies and to realize internet based improved defect information management system. Major contents of the system are defect prevention system through feedback of defect information. Research into examples of defects makes prediction of economic effects possible as a next step. In conclusion, improved defect information management system will contribute significantly to prevent defects of apartments in Korea. |
