| Abstract |
This study aims to find the distribution characteristic and improvement direction of infrastructure in the renewal promotion area by development types, and to suggest some lessons under consideration of the Korean situations of urban improvement. For the study, the 6 renewal promotion projects which have being planned in Daejeon Metropolitan City are analyzed. The contents of this study are consisted of following four parts. In the first part, the characteristic and concept of the type in the renewal promotion area and the relationship with the infrastructure are reviewed as a theoretical review. In the second part, the current situations of the infrastructure in renewal promotion areas in Daejeon Metropolitan City focused on its development types are analyzed. In the third part, as a field survey, the basic framework for analysis of the infrastructure in the 6 projects and the typical characteristics according to the development types are studied. As a conclusion, the distribution characteristics of the infrastructure in the renewal promotion area are organized and the planning directions of the infrastructure for the future are suggested. |
