Abstract |
The fossil energy is indispensible of the recently industrial development and its utilization has brought various problems. Obviously, its limited amount leads to change the paradigm in building industry into environmental friendly. Building has so far used lots of energy and affected various environmental areas. For diminishing the environmental affect, it is necessary to estimate the accurate amount and provide the alternatives to evaluate its level. In this paper, it aimed to providing the estimating model of the energy consumption and the carbon-dioxide calculation flow in apartment housing during the maintenance stage according the heating type. The functional unit of city-gas and electric energy per area is similar in 0.74 ㎥/㎡?yr of city-gas and 35㎾h/㎡?yr of the electric energy regardless of the heating type. The variable used in the estimating model of the energy is selected in factor analysis and corelation analysis to decrease the multicolinearity.
