Abstract This research aims to find sensitivity to temperature which the cause of urban electric power supply and demand change. The result is below: 1) The electric power supply and demand in commercial and business district is in demand during the daytime, in commercial district is in afternoon, in residential district is at night. 2) In summer, sensitivity to temperature in commercial building area is high, and sensitivity to temperature in residential building area is low. 3) The average sensitivity to temperature is accord with characteristic of electricity consumption in the part of building usage. 4) The sensitivity to temperature unit of research subject area is average 1.2~1.6(㎡?℃) of the day. 5) The maximum value of sensitivity to temperature is 8~9 am. and 7~9 pm. in the district where is many houses, and 8pm. in the district where is many commercial and business buildings.
