Abstract |
At a high-rise construction sites, there are numerous work items that affect the quality of the building that can be tracked down by modern sensor technology. The authors surveyed several high-rise construction sites for finding out those items measurable with the ubiquitous sensor networks (USN) technology; using AHP analysis technique, potential influences of the individual items were analyzed for identifying their significance so that the new technology can be deployed to the higher priority ones first. Expected benefits include intelligent control and improved productivity of the construction sites. |
