| Abstract |
Recently, construction policy of the government rapidly changes and construction project becomes large and complex. Also, because of the recent economic downturn, domestic construction companies have faced with many difficulties and obstacles. Especially, business relationship between contractor and subcontractor that is one of chronic problems in domestic construction industry weakens profitability of specialty contractors. Therefore, it is required to carry out efficient job site management so that specialty contractors may survive in the excessive competition with another contractors. This study attempts to analyse level and influence factors for work performance of field managers in specialty contractors through analysis of work burden and work performance. Also, this study attempts to present basic data of the improvement directions for enhancing work productivity of specialty contractors in future. |
