| Abstract |
The research analyze how the privates' proposals which come from BTL school facilities project enforced from 2005 until 2007, reflected in elementary schools design plans. BTL project in Education Facilities gives general direction to educational environments for the success of 7th curriculum. It also helps schools plans will be able to accomplish as main facilities role and cultural exchange functioning area. Output-Specifications is drawn up by this general direction within the base, must observe it during design phase. Belong to the Output-Specifications, The design of site plan appeared with mostly Finger-Plan-Type; H-type, E-type and ㄷ-type, etc. Also, In the floor plan design appeared the comprehensive classroom and the general + practical teaching room type be applied to the elementary school curriculum. The Corridor is planned with alcove or a multipurpose space. It can be used to the galley corner, the talk corner, the pocket resting, or indoor garden etc. The external design rightly in scale of the elementary students uses the material which is various and symbolized. Circulation separated from the pedestrian, the vehicle and bicycle user. Also, the hits of environmental project was applying to the GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria). When seeing the various results of above, introducing the original ideas of private effort can be affirmative to the education facilities. However, sometimes the idea of the private proposes can ruin the original proposal by providing the plan proposition paper (VE-Design) |
