Abstract Gill Deleuze is a philosopher who has been influenced on the modeling, cinema, and mental world. High evaluated his philosophy and thinking makes a creative and insightful analysis on postmodern and Post-marxian society with peculiar ontological vision and words and his way of thinking is mostly agreed with many scholars. The objective of this study is to speculate the relationship between urban network city discourse and Deluezian thinking. Threfore, To analyze The network city discourse and Deleuze's thiking could be core understanding to figure out the right direction of network urban system in the future. The ontology of Deleuze is based on the duration(duree) and could be said as a change and creation by arrangement and placement of relationship from virtuality. This is also very close to the network city discourse. The Network is relatively based on the circulation of the capital system which is the continual actuality from virtuality for stability and expectability. This characteristics can be analysed by comparing with clusterization and governance which can make the difference and divergence. The ontology of Delueze can be summarized as a Post-marxist theory which can be explained with evolutionary element circulating from virtuality to actuality permanently in the concept of duree(duration). This can be confirmed with the network city discourse which can be analyzed with inter-supplimentative relationship together. Network takes process of grafting with escaping elements for change among the capital which can be actualized with the predictable and stable things. In this process, what is important is the divergence as a dynamic for the capital circulation. That is not just the accumulation and arrangement but the creative and divergent relationship which can be converted into dynamics for capital circulation interacting together. That is also similar with that of modeling with virtual circulation.
