| Abstract |
The multi-family housing has high utilization of VE suggestion result, since various materials and methods using in different multi-family housing construction project, such as main building, structure, interior materials, mechanical equipment, electric equipment, paving plan, landscape, and so on, are similar or identical. The government built 'Design VE Place' on the web and have accumulated VE results to enhance utilization of VE suggestions and national competitiveness. However, until now, the number of VE suggestion data that are registered in 'Design VE Place' are poor. In addition, the purpose that improve the national competitiveness by accumulating VE database is not being effectively achieved. To solve this problem, this study suggests the VE suggestion form that can be efficiently maintained through investigating actual conditions, survey, and interview. |
