Abstract Construction industries is a labor intensive industries. According to Korea Productivity Center, most OECD members indicate high labor productivity more than Korea labor productivity in construction industries. First of all, work efficiency should be improved, to increase labor productivity. Because the characteristic of construction work is a labor intensive, it is a important that the laborers should conduct effectively work. Also, as work condition has a influence on laborers and work process, work condition has a great influence on work efficiency and labor productivity. However, management of work condition is not easy in construction site, because work condition has a large number and variety of elements, such as materials, labor and equipments Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze quantitative analysis on the relationship between Work Condition and Work Efficiency
