In this view, 'making a livable city policy' has been under way now. As one of the five foundations of 'making a livable city policy', the pilot project is in its initial phase now, but needs a concrete strategy in order to be maintained as a long-term continuous project. In this point, the aim of this study was to examine the pilot projects of three years in order to find out its problems and offer an improvement strategy. For this, on this study, a questionnaire survey to experts was carried out and the development strategy was offered. Study findings are as follows. Central and local governments must secure budget and strengthen organizations by means of the rearrangement and systematization of hierarchical systems. And the pilot project must be carried out in association with other public projects, thus strengthening the support system and inducing to be developed as a continuous and constant project. |
