Abstract The approach for physical reconstruction of the Educational Facility is not only to consolidate what was anticipated from social consensus but also to identify the coherence between location-based participants and a geographical information environment. To verify the coalition, the two subdivisions such as physical aspects of spatial units, circulation systems, and urban environments as well as social aspects of social code, layout, and representation has been paralleled in order to optimize the Educational Facility according to those variables so that the results can provide a set of feasible guideline of the networked information space and draw a social consensus such as private investment initiatives and life-long information law. In addition to the public strategy of the Educational Facility, there seem to be more feasible findings addressed by 1)a metaphorical surface of the information network as a landmark, 2)an open system accommodating the tele-presence of information participants, 3)a homogeneous distribution of the information units clustering against the digital divide, 4)a synchronous representation of socio-physical behavior patterns by wireless communication and global positioning system, 5)a reformation of public facilities as a part of the Educational Facility, and 6)a standardization of an information space unit belong to the Educational Facility as a socio-physical entity responding to multi-dimensional communication and participation.
