| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of analysing and evaluating the view from inner side of apartment house on planning stage of layout with BIM technology. In order to do this, the real project of high rise apartment house at Haewoondae on Pusan is applied as example in this thesis. With this study, view evaluation could be analysed at the first stage of design in site planning with BIM technology. The result of view simulation at the pre stage of design will be lead to the proper site design and promote the satisfaction ratio of customer of apartment housing. |
