| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find out the actual condition and the effect of KGBCC to architectural circumstance of the apartment houses. To find out the actual condition, the marks of assesment of 300 apartment housing project KGBCC certified from 2006 to 2009 are analyzed for the response levels of an annual, a regional and a criterion. To suggest the effect of KGBCC to the architectural circumstance, the response level is compared to the satisfaction level and preference level picked out from the pre-studies. The results suggested are expected to use in the improvement of KGBCC and to design and construct sustainable apartment houses. |
