Abstract The purpose of this study is to prioritize the educational spaces in terms of crime prevention. Literature review was carried out to select major educational spaces as well as level of detail of the existing school CPTED(Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) guidelines. Focused on the major spaces such as classrooms, toilets, and so on, this paper analyzed CPTED level of domestic 8 schools. The case study showed most portion of the spaces have a low level of CPTED. To present the relative weights of the major spaces, 100 principals and 290 teachers were asked to response to the perception level of both fear of crime and expected effect. Through the result of this study, it is expected that the government can make a effect decision on school crime prevention.
