Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavior with various modules of tensegrity grid structures. Composed of discontinuous compressive elements and continuous tensile elements, tensegrity grid structures have been employed as lightweight, large span roofs. This structures are much more economical system than typical structures since it is possible that using fewer materials is able to gain same strength. In oder to preserve the self-equilibrium, it is important to perform the form-finding process. In this study, tensegrity grid structures in which a form finding process is already applied are analyzed.
