| Abstract |
Leadership is an important element of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. In particular, it is a critical success factor for companies under economic hardship. The objective of the paper is to analyze and identify key characteristics of CEO's leadership based on three cases of major construction firms in Korea. The leadership is hierarchically classified into three categories including leadership type, leadership elements and leadership items. It is analyzed that there exist common characteristic of CEOs' leadership although they belong to the different companies. |
