Abstract |
In the recent years, questionnaire surveying has been one of the main means to surface the needs from local residents for local governments or communities and the survey results have been utilized to make concrete policies and measures in almost all local governments. However, there exists a question whether evaluation questions of satisfactory level and importance assessment on living environments of local community catch the real preference of local residents or not. Therefore, this study aims at ordering the important analysis of components related to facade of old dwellings in order to provide useful information when local governments deal with residents' living environment. Analytic Hierarchy Process is the theory that helps to choose the best alternative in the decision-making of multi-criteria problems. Analytic Hierarchy Process are used to analyze the priority because it treats both quantitative and quantitative analyzing objects. As the criteria of evaluation, ‘Selected Old Dwellings’ and ‘Facade Components in Selection’ are taken into consideration. This model had seven criteria and nine alternatives. In order to verify the feasibility and efficiency of this approach, an experimental classification of old dwellings in Kumandong is attempted. |
