Abstract |
Since 1980's, a deterioration of housing is coming along steadily, because of the excessive supply of housing with a low opinion of maintenance. As one of the solutions for the problem, the discussion of remodeling, including of units, main block and external space, has become active for the existing aged apartment. For this purpose, considering the reorganization program of external space will help to devise a master plan for the quality of living environment in junggye1 permanent rental housing. Rising incomes and the standard of living is turned to the quality of living environment. So coefficient of utilization of parking lots etc. have need of reorganization program of external space. Redundant exercise and play space and community space for parking spaces due to low conversion efficiency of the existing low-space conversion of the area reduction and the use of space was reconstructed, the elderly and disabled residents of the high rate considering the expansion and existing the width of sidewalk reconstruction of the pedestrian space and replace outdated facilities and amenities to provide residents were over.
