Abstract For the object of layout type due to the change of the sky line of the parallel layout of the apartment buildings, measuring the noise value of the complex and the generation through the noise simulation, by extracting the noise characteristics for each flat, three-dimension, the main movement the and floors, plotted the layout method of the apartment buildings which shall be ideal for noisy environment and advantages for the favorable views. Regarding to the noise degree for the lay-out type, the noise will be reduced as long as the location of the main movement of the apartment buildings are far away from the distance of the noise source, and low-high type layout is the highest noise reducing value, and high-low type appears the lowest. Regarding to the noise degree for each Dong, for the 1st raw Dong which is located on the street, all the generation has exceed the noise limits and has blocked the noise which propagates even to the back row noise with the effect of sound proof walls by the sound insulation of the 1st raw Dong and 2nd and 3rd show the effect of noise reduction. As a result, if the road locates to the north part, since the main movement balcony places to the opposite direction of the road, so it does not have any influences to the noise, if it can be made the height of main movement in the part of road lower, the whole generation can satisfy the noise average level without any inducement to the right angle layout.
