Abstract |
The aim of this study is to analyze the environment-friendly intermediary space of mixed-use complex in domestic. It was derive plan elements to evaluate environment-friendly Intermediary space, analysis at the application present situation of detailed plan elements and satisfaction of users by a characteristic according to the use of Mixed-use complex. And confirm the plan items and elements which had an influence on the environment-friendly intermediary space. Furthermore, It was watched satisfaction for the environment-friendly intermediary space of mixed-use complex had an influence on total intermediary space satisfaction and mixed-use complex satisfaction. The methods of study are literature review, questionnaire survey, interview survey and present situation investigation at three intermediary spaces in Seoul. The study findings are as follows : 1) The 17 plan elements of the environment-friendly were derived based on literature reviews. 2) Environmental - friendly planning element of the case study area applied are very low state. 3) The plan elements were made a type after factor analysis by four items. Four items are The land use and traffic, Energy and resources, Ecology, Community environment. 4) Four items have the positive influence on the overall satisfaction of environment-friendly with intermediary space. And plan elements including the Biotope, noise, recycling and activation of waste, pedestrian-friendly roads composition have the positive influence on the overall satisfaction of environment-friendly with intermediary space. 5) Overall satisfaction of environment-friendly intermediary spaces have the effect on total intermediary space satisfaction and mixed-use complex satisfaction. As a result, plan elements related satisfaction with environment-friendly of intermediary spaces derived from analysis, it must be considered when planning the intermediary space. |
