This paper focused on similar laws and projects with landscape agreement. To establish the concept of landscape agreement, similar laws like 'District Unit Plan' were investigated. Then, as similar projects with landscape agreement in Korea, 'No-yu street near Konkuk University in Kwang-jin Gu'(Commercial Landscapes), 'Heyri Art Valley'(General Residential Landscapes), 'Buk-chon district'(Historic Residential Landscapes) were analyzed. As a result, It was clarified that the improvement of physical environments were recognized throughout these projects but except Heyri Art Valley, the projects were not long-lasted because they were carried out by top-down system and the regulations were not sufficient for violations of landscape agreement. In order to solve these problems, this study provided following two suggestions. First, the organizational structures were suggested to manage the landscape agreement efficiently. Second, regulatory and incentive methods were suggested to sustain and activate the landscape agreement continuously. |
