| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to find trace of continuity between modern architect's diagram and comtemporary architect's diagram. The diagram is used for generation tool, thinking tool in design process by comtemporary architect. Most comtemporary architect said generation feature of diagram is caused by philosopher Deleuze who defines the concept of diagram and abstract machine. But, we can find that diagram is used for generation tool in modern architect's design process, before Deleuze. Also, it is continuity to comtemporary architect's diagram in operating on diagram. In other word, comtemporary architect's diagram is forms evolved from modern architect's diagram. ConThis study finds out diagram's continuity between modern and contemporary Architecture. |
