Abstract |
The purpose of this study is as follows; First, it is designed to define PQ(Pre-Qualification) requisites of inspector to execute the inspection business, and to define BIM constituents for supporting reasonable·effective inspection process. Accordingly it is intended to analyze the correlation between these respective elements, as its result and to make an exploratory study on whether each content between these elements has the complementary·synergy possibility. Second, PQ requisites of inspector to execute the inspection business shall be defined as independent variables, and BIM constituents as parameters. It is designed to decide on the adoption or dismissal of hypothesis after analyzing·verifying the respective hypothesis route leading to the dependent variable of improved PQ capability of inspector through the inspection business improved by the parameters introduced to independent variables. Third, based on the verified hypotheses BIM is introduced to the inspection process, through this it is designed to propose a BIM inspection process model with the expectation effect of improving the inspection business and enhancing PQ capability. However the BIM applied scope shall be separately limited in the scope of study. Fourth, it is intended to propose an improvement on the current PQ standard for the (MLTM)Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs to apply so that the inspector with the business capability improved through the introduction of BIM inspection process model can acquire the better PQ review score during the bidding process. |
