Abstract This research analyzed the actual cases which occurred in the process of urban renewal projects from the point of views of a business owner, a government and a group of specialists. By the regression model, converging plots of land affected establishment area of infrastructure the most, infrastructure area adjacent to the section did the second, adjacent ratio the third which is the ratio of adjacent length to the section divided by girt of section. We should choose a site for infrastructure burden after we set the principles of realization priority, dispersion prohibition and concentration priority in order to raise a completion degree with the effective magnification of infrastructure and to attain an objective of urban renewal project. In Conclusion, it is necessary for a government or authorities concerned to intervene the process of building infrastructures in order to control and finally complete the public infrastructures.
