| Abstract |
Construction project manager's personal competency is very important for the successful implementation of a construction project. In this research, we classified construction project manager's competency into personal characteristic competency and interpersonal competency. Twenty-one personal characteristic competency items and eighteen interpersonal competency items were extracted from previous researches. Questionnaire survey result from one hundred fourteen respondents were analyzed to build a personal competency model of construction project managers. Through factor analysis process, four competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the personal competency and three competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the interpersonal competency. |
