Abstract This study deals with the dwelling quality and ubiquitous system status of the apartment housing by the site types(site type and tower type). The research findings are as follows: ①The dwelling quality factors of the apartment housing are amenity, economic, safety/security, convenience, health and extension(space/time). ②The amenity, economic, safety/security factors of the tower type are superior to the site type. ③The relationship between architectural and ubiquitous system should be programmed together in the zoning works(design and field works). ④The linkage(site↔bldg↔unit house) of ubiquitous systems should be connected by the daily life territoriality. ⑤ The parking, entry, CCTVmonitoring, homenetwork and safety/security systems are linked with space territoriality(public↔semipublic↔semiprivate↔private).
