Abstract |
While whole world is trying to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide which is a main cause of the world's global warming, the field of construction industry actively makes effort to reduce the amount of cement which mainly causes to generate carbon dioxide as well. In this study, unlike the existing architectural wall panel products, the properties of panel depending on addition of exclusive accelerator mixing furnace slag and paper ash without using cement are examined. The appropriate mix with strength and lightweight is deriven. In addition, waterproofing, thermal resistance and fire resistance of eco-friendly lightweight filler are shown excellent and bending performance and water-proofing are shown excellent by applying it to the composite panel. Thus, based on the results of this study, we think that it is possible to apply it into the composite panel, once exclusive accelerator is added into blast furnace slag and paper ash. We confirm the potential of using industrial by-products resource as eco-friendly building materials without using cement. |
