| Abstract |
With interests in environmentally-friendly building are on the rise, Korean Green Building Certification Criteria(KGBCC) and various prizes are being promoted by government. Especially, energy resources and environmental load in KGBCC, which is essential to obtain KGBCC and related to maintenance fees, is important part. Therefore in this study, case study on apartment houses, which were awarded in the field of eco-friendly and questionnaire surveys have been performed about efficiency of the energy factors for the people who live in awarded and non-awarded apartment. The results of this study is that separate garbage collection and temperature control system are managed the most effectively but, the overall factors introduced in the apartments do not fulfill resident's expectations. Also, it is insufficiency to introduce methods of decreasing CO2. Even some residents didn't recognize some factors. Architect and constructor need to develop diverse environmentally-friendly energy system for the efficient use of energy. |
