Abstract In this study, property of concrete at early age, such as increasing strength development with 30 % Fly Ash in the concrete was reviewed for the improvement of low strength development by mixed ratio of Fly Ash in the concrete. In the result about flowability of fresh concrete with 30 % incorporating Fly Ash ,F3-2.5-1 and F3-2.5-2 mixture case showed similar result with OPC, but in other mixture cases, it tended to reducing. Air contents never satisfied the target in the all kind of performance material mixture case. In the F3 mixture case, the initial strength development was about 30.3 % level of OPC. However, the initial strength development of performance material mixture was maximum 73 % level of OPC, and it of F3-f45 mixture was maximum 240 % level of F3. With respect to this study result, the most effective way to improve the initial strength development by incorporating Fry Ash among performance material mixtures is to use “f(fine particle cement)”.
