Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to present an impact factor-based web-cyclone productivity information model in a steel erection works. Since productivity should change according to impact factors, we need an analysis model that takes such the matter into account. This web-cyclone productivity analysis model reflects the impact factors of the projects, and hence it provides reliability to the productivity information of the relevant projects. The sensitivity analyses on each impact factor of the web-cyclone were carried out by changing the times required for the unit tasks that comprise the activities. The case data measurement from the work sites were used for the web-cyclone simulations of the steel erection and high tensioning bolt, and the differences in the productivity information were explored through a cross-comparative analysis on the web-cyclone information, expert interviews, and information of SMM(Standard Methods of Measurement). Furthermore, to make use of the web-cyclone information, this study additionally presents a case study on the development of schedule planning which considers the impact factors to the relevant projects. |
