Abstract Buildings are a space that people exist and operate. However, the items of certification system evaluated by specification with considering user secondary. It is not user-centered but institution-centered. In this study, problems of green building certification were analyzed. And specific standard was suggested which can apply user-centered feedback factors, and judge elements by POE. By applying BIM the properties and characteristics were represented. BIM tools analyze the details. Based on POE and BIM, it will be suggested how to improve green building certification.
