Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop the Green Building Certification System of detached houses for integrating category in terms of Green Building Use. Today, the building is 22% of the national energy consumption(based on 2008) and energy consumption of detached houses captures 41% among the residential buildings. Recently, The Green Building Certification System does not provide as a green building category, even 46% of residential are detached houses. Therefore, The Green Building Certification System for detached houses is necessary to develop proper evaluation method for the consideration of detached house character and certification process. The first process is an comparison and an analysis of international and domestic Green Building Certification Systems to select application use and classification. Second process is an analysis of connectivity and compatibility for the detached houses from current Green Building Certification System for domestic multi-houses. Third process is a selection of application object for detached houses to determine the definition and application of detached houses in accordance with Building Law. Last process draws detail evaluation criteria and method to propose the evaluation article and criteria For the conclusion of all processes, AHP survey implements in terms of classification and simulation analysis to development of The Green Building Certification System for detached houses for new category.
