Abstract |
Hanok is the wooden architecture that is assembled by individual members. Therefore it is very useful for modernization and supply of the Hanok to design Hanok with the BIM, which is the management technology that produces and distributes information of the architecture. To be liked that, it is necessary to propose methodology optimized to Hanok Design and to build 3D library to be applied for the methodology. This is the study for searching the most effective methodology when designer plans and makes a model for wooden structure of the Hanok, which is a skeleton composing Hanok. The skeleton step is starting point of the planning process. Once planner decides usage and size of the building, he should set up a skeleton which is framework of the Hanok. The next step is assemble step. At this time, unit distribution module should be determined before assemble step. This study has searched various unit distribution modules which are each unit, joint unit and KAN unit module. As a result, methodology focused on Joints Modeling is the most effective and reasonable to BIM modeling of the Hanok. It consists of 4 steps as follows, 1) set design process step, 2) design skeleton level, 3) set joint type and design joint and 4) design detail and assemble. |
