Abstract The purpose of this study is to figure out the needs of main service and facility in developing mixed elderly welfare facility for baby boomers generation. This is to search the effective solution in using mixed elderly welfare facility for baby boomers. This study deals with several cases and functions around mixed elderly welfare facility and the characteristics of baby boomers through the literature survey. This study was conducted in a quantitative research method as a survey of the general public. Based on the preliminary research and literary and case studies, the questionnaire was developed to measure the level of baby boomers' demand for the main service and facility of mixed elderly welfare facility. we carried out a questionnaire targeting a number of 224 baby boomers in Seoul. The results of this study were as follows ; 1) It was of the utmost importance for baby boomer to offer medical and health care service(4.40) followed by culture and leisure activity(4.27), lifestyle support(4.16), protection(4.11), and lifelong education(4.07). 2) The 30% of top priority in baby boomers' needs presented health management facility(4.41), hospital(4.40), sports leisure facility(4.33), U-Health(4.31), long protection facility(4.11). To sum up, in the course of develop mixed elderly welfare facility considering baby boomer, it is needed to reflect complexly the service and facility according to the results of this study.
