Abstract |
This study was conducted to investigate on the practical possibility of recycled concrete in RC beam-column joints as a structural member. Eight (8) beam-column joint specimens of 60%-scale utilizing seismic design were tested at each cycle up to 19 cycles. The main variables are recycled aggregate volume replacement ratio (0, 15, 30 and 50%) and amount of transverse reinforcement (1, 2, and 3 each). The restriction effects of beam rebar in exterior beam-column joints, maximum capacity, energy dissipation capacity, shear strength are represented. |
