| Abstract |
In globalization society, world-wide each cities have promoted various enterprises to become more globally competitive power equipping. Also, a lot overseas have made architecture and city environment escape a simple physical level and the value think with one periodic property, establishes the identity of city culture. Recently, Korea has established varied types of plans to cultivate a values and to enlighten on the architectural culture at the government. Especially, Japan has recognized the importance of the built environment through Machi-Zukuri and has developed and operated a variety of the related programs long ago. This study considers the present state of architectural education and the related education programs in which Japanese civil society takes the lead. Though this, I expect to raise awareness of the values and the importance of the built environment and the related industry of the architectural culture in Korea. |
