Abstract Recently there is not sufficient about researches on the physical properties and dimensional stability by adjustment and change of mix design of slump flow type high strength concrete in domestic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to purpose the fundamental data of modified slump flow mix method by experimental research. This experiment includes methods to modify the mix design of slump flow type concrete by the variation of size of coarse aggregate. In the result, we found that it is a necessary to increase the ratio of fine aggregate and unit water amount by considering the specific surface area as maximum size of coarse aggregate increases.
