Abstract The biaxial hollow slabs are decreased self-weight of slab and retained structural performance similar with general reinforced concrete slab. The structural performance of this system was evaluated through various study of biaxial hollow slab. But, for actual application of biaxial hollow slab, this system is important to evaluation for fire resistance performance as well as structural performance. However, there is a lack of research on fire endurance assessment of biaxial hollow slab. Generally, the reinforced concrete slab has great fire resistance performance caused by excellent thermal material properties of concrete. But, In case of biaxial hollow slab will be expected to show different temperature distribution and fire endurance performance compare to reinforced concrete slab. Because hollow slab has internal void space that occurs decreasing regenerative effect of concrete and formation of internal air layer. Therefore, this paper was performed the fire test of biaxial hollow slab with donut type shape. and evaluated fire resistance performance of donut type biaxial hollow slab using Fire resistance design of Euro Code2. The result of this study, the thickness of slab affects the load bearing of fire resistance and temperature of unheated side. Also distance between hollow shape and steel is significant influence factor on the fire resistance of donut type biaxial hollow slab.
