| Abstract |
This study evaluated the environmental effect indwelling in an apartment by executing LCA for building materials inputted into a domestic apartment, and selected major materials by analyzing the inputted material change rate in various apartments. This study presented the methodology that can have a similar result to the environmental effect assessment of all materials by using only the finally selected major materials. For this study, a total of 274 apartment houses in 27 apartment house complexes were analyzed to select 27 kinds of major materials as its result. The average environmental effect in 274 apartment houses was analyzed to be 3.58E-02pe?yr per unit area(/㎡), and as a result of environmental effect assessment using 27 kinds of major materials, the average error rate from the actual result was 4.9%. |
