| Abstract |
The purpose of this study was to analyze the different time of building construction according to the land quality index of the housing development area and to predict the probability of selling commercial plot. A binary logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model were used with the data which were obtained by the gyeonggi-do realestate information system. The sample size was above 3,000,000 ㎡ and built recently in gyoenggi-do. The results of this study were as follows; probability of selling plot was affected by size, space allocation type in the housing development area. |
