Abstract Intelligent spaces, which utilize Information Technology, emerge in current cities. Accordingly, changes in living environment, like cities being dense and buildings becoming higher, rises problems with the use, management and service in the city. Therefore, information support is necessary to quickly react to changes. Also the importance of interfaces to deliver information becomes a big issue because of the growth of the latent interest and desire of information users and the expansion of information field. The current research and development about interface mostly focuses on technical parts like the way to interact and the type of display, but the practical and user-friendly part of interface such as the suggestion of the way to manage and utilize the interface and the development of how to make the interface more convenient for users in intellectual city space. As the threshold linking two different environments and the area of direct interaction with users, the interface could be the centric concept of the future information environment that summarize the characteristics of the future information world which will be represented as more multi-functional, digitalized, dignified and emotional. Therefore, the goal of this research, within the develop of the future environment of the interface, would be to find out the way to develop and analyze requests from users which is how to apply the interface more properly in our real world while considering the relationship between intellectualized space and user.
