Abstract |
In this study, a system of the cast-in-placed SHCC and reinforced concrete composite deck slab was newly designed. A series of experiments on the developed composite slabs was evaluated to compare with a reinforced concrete slab by four-point slab bending test. From the experiment, it was known that the developed composite slabs showd improved flexural responses such as not only in the control of crack width and reducing transverse displacement of the slab under the service load level but also in increasing the ultimate load and deformation capacities of the slab. |
