Abstract The purpose of this study is empirical research that affecting factor of the revitalization in the traditional market. this research was carried out a recognition survey, for measuring the level of revitalization, targeting the consumer and merchant in Research destination that the physical and non-physical improvement are coexisting. Then, has set up a research model analyze the factors of revitalization by using PLS structural equation. According to the results of this study, from the consumer's point of view, it shows that physical revitalization factors affects the revitalization of traditional market. Although both physical revitalization factors and non-physical revitalization factors. and so the facilities and activities associated with consumption activities have more high-impact relationships. The affecting factors, for improving image, reliability and utility rate of traditional market, are the facilities of pedestrian' s approach, convenience, information, secure and operational support and activities of various advertising methods, events-festival and The adversely affecting factors are turned out as a variety of payment methods, exchanging with local residents and childrens. The result means that physical revitalization factors associated with consumption activities is relatively well utilized, but it is necessary to effort and Consideration for exchanging with local residents and childrens and variety of payment method as non-physical revitalization factors
