| Abstract |
Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve successfully specific project goals and objectives. The project management activities are really important factors for the business management of architectural firms and the quality control of projects. However the most of architectural firms, especially large firms, in the country are concentrating on the marketing strategy with design presentation rather than the quality improvement by the effective management of projects. The purpose of this research is to encourage the development of professionality for the project management of architectural design in the field of 'professional practice' education by the research of education data and the analysis of discipline standards for the project management, and finally expedite the change of architectural firms to prepare for the market under FTA through emphasizing the importance of project management. |
